Filter and export attempts by sub-portal

Focus attempt reviews by sub-portal, access audit records through the API and get more detailed billing usage exports.

  • Sub-portal filtering for attempts. Administrators and educators can filter Attempt Management by the sub-portal recorded on each attempt and carry those selections into exports. Results remain limited by existing access permissions.

  • Audit log API. Integrators working with portal admin or manager access can list and filter their portal’s audit records through the API, then retrieve individual records with redacted details.

  • Billing usage exports. Billing usage CSV exports break down activity by billing period and current sub-portal, with credits used for pay-as-you-go billing and activity counts and active users for monthly active user billing.
  • Result correction activity. Corrections made after an exam result is released now create a Test Result Corrected activity and send the event to Segment, helping assessment teams track post-release changes.
  • Attempt Management. Attempt Management displays loading placeholders while data loads, keeps existing rows visible during refresh and lets administrators retry failed loads.

  • Preflight speaker check. Candidates can leave the speaker-check step while the chime is playing without seeing an unnecessary error.
  • Certificates. Regenerating a certificate now updates the name shown on it.
