Typical examples include external courses, professional certifications, instructor-led sessions, offline learning, historical completion data and evidence migrated from another system. A record should make clear what was completed, when it was completed and any supporting detail your organisation needs. Because these records may be entered or imported manually, they should not be interpreted as automatically verified in the same way as a Synap assessment Attempt. {% hint style="info" %} Agree naming, date and evidence conventions before recording large volumes.
